Hastelloy C4(UNS N06455)

  1. Brief introduction:

    Hastelloy C-4 (N06455) Hastelloy is an austenitic low carbon nickel molybdenum chromium alloy. 

    The main difference between hastelloy C4 and other early developed alloys with similar chemical composition is low carbon, silicon, iron and tungsten content. Such chemical composition makes it show excellent stability at 650-1040 ℃, improves the ability to resist intergranular corrosion, and can avoid edge corrosion sensitivity and weld heat affected zone corrosion under appropriate manufacturing conditions.
